Ansvarsområden
- Provide effective communication with Amazon Internal customers, including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT team/Customer support.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
- Perform basic IT troubleshooting on end-user devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot various Operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Work a 5-day work week with variable days off based on shift patterns and business needs.
- Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, including Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
- Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
- Good communication skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
