Ansvarsområden

  • Interact with Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT teams/Customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues on various client devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Work a 5-day week with variable scheduled days off based on shift patterns.
  • Meet targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and manage incidents effectively.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
