Amazon is hiring an IT Support Associate in Bengaluru, Karnataka to join their IT Service Desk team. Responsibilities include providing troubleshooting for end-user devices and operating systems (Windows, Linux), communicating effectively with stakeholders, and adhering to operational procedures and SLAs. This is an on-site role with a 5-day work week.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication with Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation /IT team/Customer support).
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Troubleshoot issues on various client devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot issues on various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, including Response and Resolution SLAs, CSAT, and incident management.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Any computer science background (10+2+3 years of full time education).
  • Min 3 months to 1 year experience in helpdesk /Service desk /Network support /Desktop support.
