Responsibilities
- Provide effective communication with Amazon Internal customers (APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation /IT team/Customer support).
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot issues on various client devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot issues on various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, including Response and Resolution SLAs, CSAT, and incident management.
- Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
Requirements
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Any computer science background (10+2+3 years of full time education).
- Min 3 months to 1 year experience in helpdesk /Service desk /Network support /Desktop support.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
