Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate for their Service Desk team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Ansvarsområden

  • Provide IT support to Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT teams and Customer Support.
  • Troubleshoot issues on various client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Meet targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively manage incidents.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Any computer science background (10+2+3 years of full time education).
  • Minimum 0.3 to 1 year experience in helpdesk/Service desk/Network support/Desktop support.
