Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate in Bengaluru, Karnataka to join their IT Service Desk team. Responsibilities include providing technical support for end-user devices, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and adhering to service level agreements. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of service desk or technical support experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication with internal customers across APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT teams and customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work a 5-day week with variable days off based on shift patterns.
  • Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
  • Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 1+ year of Service Desk or technical support work experience.
  • Good communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools.
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network.
