Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate for its Service Desk team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Ansvarsområden

  • Provide effective communication skills with Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operations/IT team/Customer support.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency.
  • Perform basic IT troubleshooting on end-user devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Troubleshoot various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
  • Work a 5-day week with scheduled days off varying based on shift patterns and business needs.
  • Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and incident management.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 1+ years of professional work experience, or experience in technical support.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools
  • Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network
