Ansvarsområden
- Provide effective communication skills for interaction with Amazon Internal customers including APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation /IT team/Customer support.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting on end-user devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Provide basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on various operating systems, specifically Windows and Linux.
- Work a 5-day week with scheduled days off varying based on shift patterns and business needs.
- Adhere to OTS Service Desk Goals, meeting targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively managing incidents.
- Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- 1+ years of professional work experience, or experience in technical support
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Basic understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools
- Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network
