The IT Infrastructure Specialist in Brigham City is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and compliance of the site’s IT infrastructure, including LAN and end-user computing devices. Ansvarsområden

  • Manage local area network (LAN) environments.
  • Manage end-user computing (EUC) devices.
  • Manage connectivity services.
  • Oversee site-level IT operations.
  • Serve as the on-site IT representative.
  • Provide strong customer-facing communication and support to business stakeholders.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting client devices, networking infrastructure, and servers.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends.
  • Willingness to travel bi-monthly.
  • Willingness to provide off-hours support as needed.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Cisco CCNA (or equivalent).
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • Cybersecurity certifications aligned with TISAX/ISO standards.
