Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting client devices, networking infrastructure, and servers.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends.
- Willingness to travel bi-monthly.
- Willingness to provide off-hours support as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Fundamentals).
- Cisco CCNA (or equivalent).
- ITIL Foundation.
- Cybersecurity certifications aligned with TISAX/ISO standards.
