Ansvarsområden

Gain broad and well-rounded experience across Arla’s IT & Digital organisation through two different rotations.
Build professional and personal skills and explore different areas of IT & Digital.
Contribute to daily operations and projects that help move the global business forward.
Focus on building strong foundation in core IT & Digital capabilities (e.g., data analysis, IT solution development, system reliability, digital process improvement, technical projects).
Develop business co-creation skills, working closely with the business and strengthening stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Understand how Arla’s IT & Digital organisation supports various business areas (Supply Chain, Commercial, Cross-functions).
Explore opportunities such as data science, solutions consultancy, network consultancy, cybersecurity, and others.

Krav

Aspiring to build a career in IT.
Living in Denmark.
Holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM field, completed within two years before the programme starts in September 2027.
Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn, explore, and take on new challenges.
Curious about how technology and digital solutions can support and create value for the business.
Open to new people and perspectives, comfortable communicating with others.
Motivated to be an active part of the graduate community.
