Emerson Automation Solutions is seeking an Invoice Administrator in Chennai, India, to manage invoice generation and submission for the MEA Region. This role involves reviewing contracts, managing invoices on customer financial sites, coordinating with logistics, and resolving payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Generate and submit MEA Region invoices for Flow Controls key customers.
  • Review contracts & orders to ensure invoice alignment.
  • Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to confirm shipment delivery.
  • Review and submit shipping documentation along with invoices.
  • Ensure submission of necessary invoice and supporting documents to customers.
  • Maintain records of invoice submissions.
  • Resolve payment collection discrepancies by collaborating with Finance, Sales, and LBP/Customer.
  • Make recommendations to eliminate non-value-added activities.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Commerce, Accounts etc).
  • Administration & Organizational skills
  • Technologically skills (Power App, Power BI, Data analytics etc)
  • 0-2 years’ experience
  • Excellent command on Spoken & Written English
