The Investigations Specialist for Amazon's Seller Flex program in Karnataka will manage daily operations to support both merchants and the customer experience. This role involves data analysis, root-cause investigation, and communication with stakeholders to drive performance improvement and ensure program standards are met.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage daily operational aspects supporting both merchant and customer experience.
  • Define and achieve KPIs, drive performance improvement initiatives.
  • Pull data, perform deep-dives, and root-cause analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects to improve the delivery experience.
  • Provide regular business updates during weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to share updates, resolve blockers, and deliver programs on time.
  • Systematically escalate problems to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with Excel.
