Ansvarsområden

  • Researches and evaluates facts surrounding seller transactions.
  • Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operation procedure and tools.
  • Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
  • Communicates with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
  • Communicates with internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations and phone.
  • Understands issues and utilizes available resources to resolve them.
  • Systematically escalates problems or variance in information to the relevant owners/teams.
  • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understands performance metrics to create analysis for driving business goals.
  • Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Krav

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience in payments or e-commerce.
  • Excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make nearly all decisions independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties.
  • Productivity and quality assurance evaluated along with overall contribution to department development.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels.
  • Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Delivered strong Performance on key metrics for the past 12 months.
  • 6+ months in the role, worked on one or more operational workflows, queues, or functional domains within the team and/or department.
  • Experience in the ecommerce payments space.
  • Previous trust and safety experience.
  • Experience succeeding in a customer-driven workplace.
  • Analytical and capable of succeeding in a fast-paced team environment.
