Ansvarsområden

  • Investigate and eliminate online ecommerce risk.
  • Make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance.
  • Communicate with management, analysts, engineers, and third-parties.
  • Contact customers by phone as needed.
  • Ensure productivity and meet quality assurance standards.

  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
