Amazon's ROW IB team is hiring a motivated Investigation Representative to manage daily operational activities and investigate payment disputes across fulfillment centers. This remote role requires strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills, with a preference for SQL experience for data mining and automation. The ideal candidate will ensure program standards are met and contribute to process improvements for a better seller experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs.
  • Perform research and investigation on payment disputes.
  • Support virtual investigation while ensuring performance metrics are met.
  • Facilitate the flow of information among stakeholders.
  • Make accurate day-to-day decisions in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers/partners teams.
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
  • Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends.
  • Suggest process improvements.

Krav

  • Associate's degree or above, or Master's degree or above.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Experience managing time efficiently.
  • Experience meeting personal goals.
  • Experience working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
  • Experience in written and oral communication.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive).
