Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs.
- Perform research and investigation on payment disputes.
- Support virtual investigation while ensuring performance metrics are met.

- Make accurate day-to-day decisions in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers/partners teams.
- Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends.
- Suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or above, or Master's degree or above.
- Strong analytical skills.

- Experience in written and oral communication.
