Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends.
Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information.
Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary.

Krav

Bachelor's degree.

Background in transportation or risk management.
