Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct investigations into suspicious activity and fraud patterns.
  • Take appropriate action to minimize risk posed by fraud or abuse.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and quality standards for investigations.
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information.
  • Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics/goals.
  • Share inputs for SOP enhancements.

Krav

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
