Ansvarsområden
- Conduct investigations
- Minimize risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Escalate problems or variances in information
- Follow through on resolutions
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements
Krav
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
