- Escalate problems or variance in information systematically
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure delivery
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Meet productivity, quality, and other hygiene metrics/goals
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements
Krav
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
