Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct investigations
  • Take appropriate action to identify and help minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends
  • Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
  • Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
  • Meet productivity, quality and other hygiene metrics/ goals
  • Share inputs for SOP enhancements

Krav

  • Background in transportation
  • Background in risk management
  • Data driven problem resolution skills
  • Responsible for a wide range of duties related to identity verification
  • Flexible to work in 24x7 shift and flexible week-offs
