- Conduct investigations

- Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information
- Follow through on resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
- Meet productivity, quality and other hygiene metrics/ goals
- Share inputs for SOP enhancements
Requirements
- Background in transportation
- Background in risk management
- Data driven problem resolution skills
- Responsible for a wide range of duties related to identity verification
- Flexible to work in 24x7 shift and flexible week-offs
