Ansvarsområden
- Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and provide timely services.
- Provide pre and post-order technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors.
- Ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks and projects under guidance.
- Regularly update Document Management System (DMS) data.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilize proficiency in MS Office.
- Establish priorities and multitask effectively.
- Exhibit teamwork and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Maintain a detailed and assertive character, managing complex situations under pressure.
Krav
- Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge in Isolation valve products, Actuators and instrument components is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Metallurgy, Material science, Fluid Mechanics is an added advantage.
