Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and provide timely services.
  • Provide pre and post-order technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors.
  • Ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks and projects under guidance.
  • Regularly update Document Management System (DMS) data.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Utilize proficiency in MS Office.
  • Establish priorities and multitask effectively.
  • Exhibit teamwork and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Maintain a detailed and assertive character, managing complex situations under pressure.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Isolation valve products, Actuators and instrument components is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of destructive and non-destructive testing is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Metallurgy, Material science, Fluid Mechanics is an added advantage.
