Alfa Laval is seeking a part-time Intern in Kempton Park to assist with sales processes, including identifying customer needs, creating quotes, and following up on leads. This role offers a challenging yet supportive environment for individuals with a graduate degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration and 0-2 years of experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  • Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customers.
  • Create and actively follow up on transactional quotes.
  • Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
  • Actively follow up quotes to ensure proposed value is understood and matches customer needs.
  • Use CRM and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decision-making.

Krav

  • Graduate (National Diploma - Chemical/Mechanical) or Business Administration (Preferably in sales & marketing).
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Customer-oriented, team player, outgoing, and proactive.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with associated stakeholders.
  • Structured approach and comfortable working on multiple overlapping assignments.
  • Discerning eye for detail and ability to maintain a holistic view.
