Ansvarsområden
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Products and services.
- Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
- Create and actively follow up transactional quotes.
- Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
- Actively follow up the quote to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching the customer needs.
- Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent team player and ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders.
- High customer service orientation.
- Has worked in a company with an international setting, and has worked with a matrix organization.
- Self-motivated team player with positive attitude and drive to excel.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Degree in Marine Engineering a plus.
- Marine equipment and technical background a plus (aftersales, spare parts & service).
