Ansvarsområden
- Engage with customers, field sales, and service teams to understand application requirements, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Provide technical application support and product expertise to help customers select, size, configure, and implement solutions.
- Support automated quote-to-order process by reviewing complex opportunities and validating technical accuracy.
- Manage opportunity progression through customer follow-up and purchase order review.
- Build trusted customer relationships through responsive communication.
- Utilize digital sales, quoting, and customer support tools.
- Apply technical judgment to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Recommend additional products, services, or solutions to expand customer engagement.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Zero (0) to Two (2) or more years related experience
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, technical sales, applications engineering, or customer-facing support roles.
- Experience working with sales, service, or operations teams in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, instrumentation, measurement technologies, or related industries.
