Ansvarsområden
- Generate and select model numbers based on customer's specific data or application.
- Develop quotations based on requirements.
- Provide customer product application support and review solutions.
- Review quotes for technical conformance.
- Prepare quotation packages including technical, commercial, and competitive strategy.
- Follow up on proposals to increase sales hit rate.
- Perform technical review of orders to ensure correct product processing and availability of technical requirements.
- Maintain working knowledge of quotation tools, pricing policies, and Automation Solution products.
- Apply commercial policies and business practices.
- Ensure compliance with import/export, contract, and government requirements.
- Provide backup and support for internal and external sales personnel.
- Provide consulting support to Order Entry Analyst or Order Management.
- Achieve targets on productivity, service levels, and quality.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree or advance student of engineering such as Electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, Chemical, Industrial Chemistry.
- English (Basic-Intermediate).
- Solid prioritizing and organizational skills.
- Self-starter.
- Solid keyboard skills.
- Strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications.
- Interest in the mix of technical, customer service, and sales.
- Willing to work on flexible shift schedule based on business needs.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 1-2 years of sales-related customer service experience is preferred.
- Portuguese language (Intermediate - Advance) only for Brazil.
