AWS Infrastructure Services is looking for an experienced Infra Ops Program Manager to oversee financial planning, process management, and operational performance for AWS global infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker to drive efficiency, track metrics, manage audits, and collaborate across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Craft comprehensive financial strategies and lead financial planning across multiple operational domains.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for infrastructure site status and operational performance.
  • Coordinate and present key performance indicators and compile executive-level reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and coordinate infrastructure site deployments.
  • Create detailed documentation and presentations to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing robust analytical recommendations.

Krav

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
