- Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and coordinate infrastructure site deployments.
- Create detailed documentation and presentations to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing robust analytical recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
- Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
