Develop and manage suppliers for non-production purchasing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of parts and services. This role involves market surveys, supplier negotiation, contract handling, and driving sourcing improvement projects in the machinery manufacturing industry.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop suitable suppliers for non-production purchasing (industrial equipment, office equipment, tools, facility maintenance, outsourcing services, rental services).
  • Conduct market surveys using IT technology and other channels to analyze information and select potential suppliers with reasonable prices.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure they follow company strategy.
  • Execute bidding processes and initiate supplier negotiations.
  • Handle contracts using legal knowledge and manage them professionally.
  • Process payments with required documents according to policy.
  • Be responsible for sourcing improvement projects.
  • Improve payment terms (e.g., promoting electronic acceptance drafts, extending account periods).
  • Update monthly purchasing summaries and KPI reports.
  • Expedite orders by pushing the approval flow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Krav

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Machinery manufacturing industry.
  • Sourcing or Purchasing field experience is preferred.
  • University degree in a related field; automation specialty background is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and general software.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
