Responsibilities
- Develop suitable suppliers for non-production purchasing (industrial equipment, office equipment, tools, facility maintenance, outsourcing services, rental services).
- Conduct market surveys using IT technology and other channels to analyze information and select potential suppliers with reasonable prices.
- Manage suppliers and ensure they follow company strategy.
- Execute bidding processes and initiate supplier negotiations.
- Handle contracts using legal knowledge and manage them professionally.
- Process payments with required documents according to policy.
- Be responsible for sourcing improvement projects.
- Improve payment terms (e.g., promoting electronic acceptance drafts, extending account periods).
- Update monthly purchasing summaries and KPI reports.
- Expedite orders by pushing the approval flow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in the Machinery manufacturing industry.
- Sourcing or Purchasing field experience is preferred.
- University degree in a related field; automation specialty background is preferred.
- Proficient in English and general software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
