I korthet

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AFTX and FaaST systems within Amazon's Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) team in Bengaluru, India. You will resolve system and API-related issues for inbound and outbound operations, lead network-level best practice identification, and drive process optimization for inbound and outbound flows.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as SME for AFTX and FaaST systems.
  • Be a SPOC for GSF Distribution, resolving system and API-related issues for IB and OB.
  • Identify appropriate teams to raise SIMs and work on swift resolution.
  • Lead network-level best practice identification, design, and standardization.
  • Benchmark with NA/IN operations on processes, execute must-haves, and own OP requirements.
  • Serve as the interface between network SME and FC to drive execution of software/process changes.
  • Work on process optimization and chalk out a plan for optimizing the flow for inbound and outbound flows.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
