I korthet

As a Senior Compliance Associate in GSRC, you will review product information against SOPs and regulatory documentation to ensure compliance on Amazon. You will use Amazon-specific tools, collaborate with managers and process experts, and identify improvement opportunities, potentially automating reports with Excel queries. The role also involves mentoring peers and contributing to SOP refinement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Reviewing the latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-checking it against the relevant regulatory documentation.
  • Classifying products using various Amazon-specific tools and systems to ensure they meet compliance requirements.
  • Addressing deviations from standard SOPs and seeking guidance from managers and Process Experts.
  • Maintaining detailed records of assigned tasks and utilizing standardized reports to prioritize work.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with partner teams to explore automation possibilities.
  • Sharing feedback on team SOPs and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentoring peers by answering queries and providing process-level training.

Krav

  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel tool as per role requirements (filtering and sorting in data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SQL, can self-service defined queries and make simple changes to retrieve data from a database
  • Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking
  • Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts
  • Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyses and communicate data
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance
  • Advanced Excel skills (VBA)
  • Knowledge of database querying (SQL)
  • Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role
  • Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems
