I korthet

Ericsson is looking for an Implementation Manager in Pune, India, to lead technical aspects of project rollouts, manage service and material requirements, and ensure efficient implementation of sites and systems. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring all stages of implementation, from analysis and testing to configuration and integration, across new deployments, upgrades, and expansions.

Ansvarsområden

Lead, coordinate, and support technical topics, commercial commitments, and solutions for a designated part of the rollout area.
Plan and monitor service and material requirements for efficient implementation of sites, nodes, networks, and systems.
Analyze, prepare, implement, complete test cases, and verify configuration and integration of nodes/networks/systems.
Organize and coordinate work, define scope of implementation, and create detailed time plans.
Drive implementation improvements by ensuring well-defined processes, quality, and instructions.
Handle work orders, compensation, and plan/follow up on quality assurances.
Manage acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers.
Ensure timely release of payment to suppliers for accepted jobs.
Create implementation workforce scope according to contract plan and follow up costs in accordance with budget.
Secure installation and commissioning, handle ASP staff, enforce quality and OHS assurance, and lead/delegate site work.
Ensure all hardware obtained is accounted for.
Perform progress meetings with customers and suppliers, and ensure progress reporting and information flow.
Act on quality, E & OHS and Security issues, implement new WoW, processes, and instructions.

Krav

BE / BTech - ECE / IT / CS preferred
PMP or Prince 2 or ITITL certification preferred
12-15 Years of experience
