IKEA Shin-Misato is hiring for short-time regular employees and student contracts in their Food & Restaurant department. This role involves food preparation, customer service, and supporting food market operations. No prior experience is required, with a focus on passion for food and teamwork.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare and serve food in the kitchen.
  • Manage front-of-house duties including customer service, cashier, and dishwashing.
  • Operate the bistro and Swedish Food Market, including light meal preparation and market operations.
  • Work flexible shifts within store operating hours (7:00-21:30), including weekends and holidays (except for student contracts which are weekday only).
  • Create monthly work schedules.

Krav

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays (student contracts are weekdays only).
  • Flexible to work various shifts (early and late shifts) according to store hours.
  • Ability to work with a monthly rotating shift schedule.
  • For student contracts, must be within the study period and available for 6-month contract renewals.
  • For short-time regular employees, a continuous employment contract with a 6-month trial period.
