Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food in the kitchen.
- Manage front-of-house duties including customer service, cashier, and dishwashing.
- Operate the bistro and Swedish Food Market, including light meal preparation and market operations.
- Work flexible shifts within store operating hours (7:00-21:30), including weekends and holidays (except for student contracts which are weekday only).
- Create monthly work schedules.
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays (student contracts are weekdays only).
- Flexible to work various shifts (early and late shifts) according to store hours.
- Ability to work with a monthly rotating shift schedule.
- For student contracts, must be within the study period and available for 6-month contract renewals.
- For short-time regular employees, a continuous employment contract with a 6-month trial period.
