Ansvarsområden

  • Maximize B2B sales using IKEA range knowledge and customer insights.
  • Plan and initiate proactive sales outreach to attract new business clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.
  • Manage and assign incoming inquiries and project leads efficiently.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Coordinate the full sales process from quotation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Fulfilment, Finance, Interior Design) for commercial activations.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer insights to recommend growth strategies.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate reporting.
  • Support commercial activation activities to generate leads.
  • Propose process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and client experience.

Krav

  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English and Thai.
  • Passion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design, retail, and IKEA identity.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Decision-maker with good problem-solving experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work efficiently.
  • Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Self-starting, self-reliant, and motivated with proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possesses own car and holds a valid driver’s license.
