Ansvarsområden

  • Receive, unload, replenish, and rotate food stock.
  • Perform manual handling activities like lifting and stacking stock.
  • Support stock control processes and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Assist with food preparation, production, and service following production plans.
  • Work across various areas including kitchen, restaurant, Swedish Food Market, and dishwashing.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
  • Operate equipment such as manual pallet jacks.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Adhere to IKEA Food and HACCP standards for food safety and quality.

Krav

  • Reliable and hands-on team player who enjoys physical work.
  • Comfortable working across multiple business areas and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Experience in stock replenishment, warehousing, logistics, retail operations, food production, or hospitality.
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling activities including lifting.
  • Safety-focused with a strong commitment to food and workplace safety procedures.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage stock and inventory tasks accurately.
  • Customer-focused and willing to support both back-of-house and customer-facing activities.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and stock management.
