Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, replenish, and rotate food stock.
- Perform manual handling activities like lifting and stacking stock.
- Support stock control processes and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist with food preparation, production, and service following production plans.
- Work across various areas including kitchen, restaurant, Swedish Food Market, and dishwashing.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces.
- Operate equipment such as manual pallet jacks.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Adhere to IKEA Food and HACCP standards for food safety and quality.
Requirements
- Reliable and hands-on team player who enjoys physical work.
- Comfortable working across multiple business areas and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience in stock replenishment, warehousing, logistics, retail operations, food production, or hospitality.
- Physically capable of performing manual handling activities including lifting.
- Safety-focused with a strong commitment to food and workplace safety procedures.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage stock and inventory tasks accurately.
- Customer-focused and willing to support both back-of-house and customer-facing activities.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and stock management.
