Ansvarsområden

Actively contributing to a safety first culture.
Ensuring efficiency in operations and that routines and requirements are known by colleagues and followed in all daily work.
Being passionate about the food range and actively learning about its content, origins, preparation and other benefits as well as sharing specialist competence with guests and colleagues.
Presenting the width and depth of the IKEA food range in order to inspire guests.
Acting quickly on commercial opportunities and customer feedback.
Understanding and contributing to your department’s action plans, and supporting the goals and targets set by your manager.

Krav

Experience in handling cash registers in the food services industry.
Excellent customer service skills.
Sales driven motivation.
Passion for food and people.
Flexibility and openness, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a team.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
Pride in serving the range to customers.
Ability to work on weekends, shift hours, and Public holidays.
