Goldman Sachs is hiring an Analyst for their Human Capital Management (HRIS) team in Hyderabad. This entry-level role focuses on supporting global HR operations, talent management processes, and HR information systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ansvarsområden

Support operational processes like transfers, terminations, and job data changes globally.
Provide compensation and performance review information for recruiting and internal mobility.
Liaise with global teams to resolve complex issues.
Manage reorganizations to ensure correct organizational hierarchy and departments.
Manage projects like promotion/compensation load for year-end processes.
Proactively identify process improvements and share best practices.

Krav

Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Engineering/Statistics/Human Resources.
Minimum of 1-3 years of work experience in an operational role.
Excellent technical and functional understanding of HCM Systems and processes.
Able to work collaboratively across divisions, functions, and levels in a global organization.
Highly motivated self-starter who can work as part of a team.
Strong Excel skills preferred.
Strong problem solving, communications skills, highly organized and methodical.
Strong attention to detail and focus on process improvement.
Work flexible hours when needed.
