Ansvarsområden
- Lead and develop the local HR agenda in alignment with company objectives.
- Implement HR strategies for organizational needs and future growth.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, and offboarding.
- Support managers in people development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
- Build and develop a corporate culture based on shared values.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Strengthen the employer brand and create a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, GDPR, internal policies, and HR standards.
- Manage and update HR policies, processes, and employment-related documentation.
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount) and report to management.
- Ensure effective administration of HR systems, personnel records, and employee data.
- Coordinate personnel documentation and payroll administration with external providers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and administrative requirements.
- Monitor occupational health examinations and safety requirements.
Krav
- University degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor law, personnel administration, and HR practices.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different management levels.
- High degree of independence, accountability, and results orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
