The HR Associate Partner role supports management with administrative and operational tasks, including system flags, attendance tracking, time-off requests, and HR documentation. This position requires 6+ months of HR and Microsoft Office experience, and a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Clear flags in systems and assess attendance points for associates for unexcused absences.
  • Collect and organize time off request forms, and get approvals for vacation requests.
  • Ensure proper coding of time paid not worked and time not paid, not worked.
  • Make points corrections for staffing agency and Amazon associates as directed.
  • Identify, track, and reconcile missing punches (in, out, and lunch).
  • Clear discrepancies associated with Time Off Task flags with manager approval.
  • Enter punches for orientation time for staffing agency new hires.
  • Input corrective action documentation into Amazon GAPS system.
  • Research associates counseling history to confirm correct level for next counseling.
  • Submit counselings for both Amazonians and staffing agency associates.
  • Print and organize attendance counselings for managers.
  • Print/post rates throughout shift for all associates.
  • Answer questions for Amazon associates on points/vacation/personal time balances and escalate discrepancies.
  • Assist with safety and dock audits.
  • Assist managers run/track production reports and update operations reports.

Krav

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • Experience in confidential environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
