Ansvarsområden
- Support employee lifecycle administration, including contract confirmations, personnel files, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day compensation administrative tasks and compliance monitoring.
- Track basic HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Provide dedicated support to employees, acting as a point of contact for HR inquiries.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional working proficiency (C1+) in Portuguese.
- Working knowledge of English (B2+/C1).
- Working knowledge of Spanish (B2+).
- Minimum of 6 months of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Good working knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Immediate availability preferred.
