ABB seeks an on-site HSE Intern in Jüri to support operations and gain experience in risk assessments, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The role is a paid internship of 3-6 months, ideal for students studying HSE or related fields.

Ansvarsområden

  • Leads HSE risk assessments and ensures effective implementation of HSE processes
  • Monitors and reports HSE performance, incidents and sustainability KPIs
  • Ensures compliance with ABB standards and local HSE regulations
  • Drives continuous improvement and a strong health, safety and environmental culture
  • Ensures HSE training, equipment and management system requirements are met
  • Plans and executes HSE projects, managing objectives, resources and reporting

Krav

  • Currently studying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) or similar
  • Strong motivation to make a positive impact on workplace health, safety, and environmental performance
  • Personal learning goals aligned to continuous HSE improvement
  • Interest in or initial exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives
  • Keen eye for detail and a structured, systematic approach to tasks and problem-solving
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate effectively in Estonian and English
  • Russian is beneficial
