Responsibilities
- Leads HSE risk assessments and ensures effective implementation of HSE processes
- Monitors and reports HSE performance, incidents and sustainability KPIs
- Ensures compliance with ABB standards and local HSE regulations
- Drives continuous improvement and a strong health, safety and environmental culture
- Ensures HSE training, equipment and management system requirements are met
- Plans and executes HSE projects, managing objectives, resources and reporting
Requirements
- Currently studying Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) or similar
- Strong motivation to make a positive impact on workplace health, safety, and environmental performance
- Personal learning goals aligned to continuous HSE improvement
- Interest in or initial exposure to environmental sustainability initiatives
- Keen eye for detail and a structured, systematic approach to tasks and problem-solving
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate effectively in Estonian and English
- Russian is beneficial
