Ansvarsområden
- Lead, develop, and engage employees and leaders within the area.
- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Special Purpose Environments.
- Drive the transformation from legacy infrastructure to modern on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
- Accelerate adoption of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern operating practices.
- Establish global guardrails, common platforms, and standardized ways of working.
- Enable secure and resilient environments supporting R&D, Manufacturing, and Support functions.
- Support future digital capabilities through modern infrastructure and platform services.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
Krav
- Academic degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
- Extensive experience leading infrastructure or platform teams, with responsibility for operational delivery and service performance.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, hybrid infrastructure, and infrastructure transformation.
- Experience driving migration from legacy platforms to modern cloud-enabled environments.
- Experience leading the adoption of Infrastructure as Code, automation, and modern infrastructure operating practices.
- Understanding of security-sensitive and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, or other specialized business environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience from large, complex, and global organizations.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to pass security vetting.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience from the defence industry is considered an advantage.
- Additional obligations regarding citizenship may apply for positions requiring security clearance.
