Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop regional plans aligned with Global Operations strategy.
  • Drive S&OP and demand planning processes, ensuring accurate demand capture and reliable forecasts.
  • Maintain a tactical and strategic view of supply and facilitate information sharing.
  • Support sales ambitions by meeting service levels and optimizing supply chain performance.
  • Implement a common global planning concept and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize S&OP performance and advance automation.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing Global Operations Management Team.

Krav

  • University degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain, S&OP, demand planning, and forecasting.
  • Proven managerial experience in global and intercultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain cost and capital drivers.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
